1) The front door needs to be on the front of the house, not on the side. It is bad feng shui to enter from the side.
2) The rear door in seen when entering the front door. The flow of energy, luck, money goes in the front door and leaves the back door.
3) The front door opens directly up or down stairs. Bad flow of energy, usually up to the bedrooms.
4) The house should not sit behind another home. bad flow of energy
5) House should not be on fourth street. The number four in a lot of Asian countries mean death
6) House numbers that avoid the number 4 but great to have the number 8 or 9. The number eight means prosperity and the number nine means long, or eternity.
7) The front of the house should not face north.
8) Staircase should be in even numbers. Odd number are bad luck
9) master bedrooms should not be above the garage.
10) Bathrooms not be directly above the kitchen. Obvious what this means as far as luck and feel of the house.
